- Please don’t forget to bring straps, blankets and other appropriate items to ensure your winning items are safely transported.
- Payment should be remitted prior to pickup unless you are paying cash (and saving 3% on the Buyers Premium). Checks must be approved prior to pick-up. Call 785-221-6634 to obtain approval.
- If you are tax exempt, email your form to auction@capcitygamesandmusic.com or bring it with you when you pickup. Once you are in our system as tax exempt, you will not need to do this until your form expires.
- Pickup location will be noted at the top of your invoice. Should you need confirmation, call the number above.
Failure to pickup wining games may result in the loss of the items with no refund or additional storage fees. Please honor your appointment time and plan accordingly. If you need to change anything or have questions…guess what? Call us! 785-221-6634
